Hiventy Asia, created in 2009, is the Asian branch of Hiventy Group, which was founded in 1984 in Paris, France. Hiventy Group provides audiovisual technical services in 4 main areas: Localization, Post-production, Content delivery and Film restoration
Hiventy Asia handles coordination of high-end dubbing and subtitling works into more than 25 languages, while the group manages more than 75. For our content localization services, we rely on our in-house dubbing studios and offices in France, Poland, Vietnam, Singapore, Kenya ad Nigeria, highly selected partner dubbing studios all over the world and a large network of skilled and in-house trained translators and linguist specialists.

Description:
The Sales Representatives – Asia is the main point of contact to prospects or clients. He/she is in charge of promoting Hiventy services, identifying prospective clients and supporting current clients. The Sales Rep provides adequate solutions for every customer.
The job consists of:
Perform client’s needs analysis to meet their expectations
Perform cost-benefit analyses
Coordinate sales with the other departments and business units from the Group
Comprehend the workflows and the production requirements to adequately draft proposals in accordance with the client’s needs
Draft quotations and implement all the required legal paper work
Communicate on regular basis with client/prospects to establish, develop and maintain positive business relationship
Supply management & finance with reports/recap on customer needs, problems, interests, potential opportunities, etc.
Follow-up projects in coordination with the production team
Keep record of each project and each client and prospect
Analyze territory and market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Identify trade fairs to attend and physical meetings to arrange to address the sales strategy
Identify potential partnerships that could boost our presence within the region

Quality Control Supervisor (M/F)
Created in 1984, Hiventy offers a full range of technical services across the audio-visual and postproduction industries in France and abroad. Hiventy is also a member of the Netflix Preferred Partner Program (NP3) and performs Master QC for Netflix.
We are hiring a Quality Control Supervisor for our Netflix projects who can organize and ensure the quality control of audio and video content in conformity with Netflix standards.
Location: Boulogne-Billancourt (92)
Contract type: occasional contract
Missions:
Take orders from Netflix and/or from account managers
Analyze client requests and organize technical and human resources accordingly
Coordinate a team of in-house and freelance technicians
Monitor QC workflow through to delivery
Review QC reports
Provide technical support to the team as needed
Monitor Netflix metrics and provide feedback and training to operators
Additional tasks
Take orders from Netflix and/or from account managers
Weekend availability may be required (once a month minimum).
What we are looking for:
Proficiency in French and English languages
At least one previous technical work experience (in postproduction / video lab / studio / coordination)
Working knowledge of either IMF/DCP, Protools, Premiere, Transkoder or Resolve
Knowledge of digital audio and video file formats
Strong organizational skills with a proactive mentality
Willingness to continue learning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills
